CERTIFICATION DETAILS

After completing the webinar, you have the option to apply for Certification as a Creative Grief Support Practitioner.

You are invited to apply for Creative Grief Support Practitioner Certification any time following your completion of our online grief counseling training coursework.

The Creative Grief Studio’s course materials provide full details about how to apply. There is no deadline for registration or submissions for certification assessment.

Our Certified alumni receive:

A listing on our site at healingfamilygrief.com, including a link to your website.

A certificate and badge to confirm your certification, which you may display in your office, on your website, on your business stationary or course materials, etc.

To Apply for Certification as a Creative Grief Support Practitioner

In brief, you will submit a small portfolio demonstrating your skills, to include a recorded Remembering Conversation and your own self-created and client-tested Creative Grief Tool. Your tuition fee for the course must be paid in full before we will assess your certification materials, and there are no requirements to renew your certification annually.

PROGRAM DATES

This is an online program, so you can join us from anywhere in the world. Much of the course is set up so that you can engage with the material at any time of day that suits you, except for our live sessions that take place once a week throughout the course. We usually run two classes a year.

Please check your timezone for the live sessions as we prefer that you attend weekly if you can!

PROGRAM INVESTMENT

Our pricing structure reflects others created by Reverend angel Kyodo Williams to support the sharing of community abundance. Through her inspiration, we are pleased to offer a scaled pricing structure for this program. 

We offer three options for our in-depth 4-month certification program, rather than one fixed price. 

This structure makes it possible for more people to access the program, supported by the community and those who have access to more resources. 

In the application, you will be offered the option to choose which feels appropriate to your personal and professional circumstances:

For those with the personal and/or professional financial resources to afford the program and a desire to support access for others to help rebalance systemic inequity.

$3,450 USD total

For those with some personal and/or professional financial resources who can pay a fair value for the experience. This is our partially subsidized price.

$2,475 USD total

For those with limited financial resources who will benefit from access supplemented by the community. This is our fully subsidized price for those in need of deeper financial assistance.

(We are currently limited to 3 participants per session at this level.)

$1,999 USD total (limit 3 per session)

Once your application is reviewed, if accepted, you’ll receive an acceptance letter letting you know the next steps to take to confirm your spot in the course. 

This will include a link to make a non-refundable $500 USD deposit which will be credited toward your payment level choice, and you’ll have 10 days to make that deposit to secure your spot in the course and the fee rate you chose in your application. 

Then, in the month prior to the session you chose, you’ll get the Program Agreement and Payment Plan Invoice to pay the balance of the tuition due.

A week before the first live session, you will receive the Welcome + Logistics module to get started with the course.
