Cami’s work is grounded in extensive training, including End of Life Doula training with INELDA, Advanced Grief Coach Certification and B.R.E.A.T.H.E. Program Facilitator, and professional credentialing as an ACC-certified Life Coach through the International Coaching Federation. She is also a certified NLP and Timeline Therapy® Practitioner. By integrating these modalities with her Embodied Grief Support approach, Cami brings a deeply intuitive, body-centered lens to grief work—meeting people where they are and guiding them through healing with authenticity, care, and profound respect for both loss and life.
As I was working with craniosacral therapy clients, I noticed that the people that were coming to me were processing grief (much like I had, when I was learning this modality). Out of a desire to learn how to emotionally support my clients in addition to the bodywork, I found The Confident Grief Coach School and knew this would be a powerful addition to my practice.
Training with the Confident Grief Coach School was surprisingly transformative for my own grief journey. Even though my losses happened many years ago, there are always more layers to explore, and this program stirred up some things within me that were asking for healing! I felt incredibly supported by the community and felt much more confident in myself to be able to move within my own grief with an abundance of tools and resources.
The B.R.E.A.T.H.E. model integrates beautifully into my work with craniosacral clients. It has been a wonderful addition to my toolbox as a holistic practitioner. I see the most transformation in my clients who undergo the full coaching program (following the B.R.E.A.T.H.E model), in addition to receiving craniosacral therapy. Of course coaching can be used on its own, and the same with bodywork, but to marry the two in a supportive program has worked wonders in my clients' lives. There are endless ways to take this coaching model for grief out into the world!
This program has prepared me to feel confident working with others in their most painful times of their life -- something that I could not have said without the support, guidance and training from the Confident Grief Coach School. I feel proud to be a professional in the grief and loss space, and have no doubt about the profound impact that grief coaching has in our communities. We need more people doing this work -- whether they choose to use it with friends and family, or as a business, the B.R.E.A.T.H.E. model changes lives for the better.

Life has given me so many adventures! My adventures include personal grief, teaching, youth ministry, Mission trips, and goal setting with Physical Therapy clients. Helping People help themselves is why I became a Certified Grief Coach. Teens, Adults, and Professionals, sometimes get stuck with fear, doubt, or grief, which is where we can work together to achieve forward movement or acceptance. One of my gifts is the ability to hear and see
a client where they are. I journey with them as they make choices, find the courage to conquer fear, and set positive boundaries that facilitate the changes they desire to succeed.
All of that led me to start my company, Cindy’s Collective Coaching for You (CCC4U). The motto of my company are the four “C’s”:
Just send Cindy Hawthorne an email to set up a free 20-minute conversation about individual or group programs.
Through all the chaos of life, you have a choice to participate so use it.
“Happiness depends on what happens, joy does not” - Oswald Chambers

Cindy evolved into the grief coaching journey through personal life-loss experiences. Having met grief at an early age through the death of a teenage brother, Cindy learned the pain of family grief. As an adult, she experienced the heartache of becoming an adult orphan, navigated the loss of family through divorce, and sought new purpose in response to the solitude of an empty nest.
Her heart intention became to partner with individuals and families adrift in grief but ready to re-orient to a new reality. The tools through the Confident Grief Coach Program help individuals learn to B.R.E.A.T.H.E and find a way to H.O.P.E. on their journey.

I lost my own dear mother in Sept 2014 and through that deep valley of sorrow and tears I gained insight into how this loss affects daughters left behind. I became internationally certified as a Life Coach with iPEC in 2013 and I recently added a certification as a Grief Coach with Healing Family Grief and Pat Sheveland. Since then it has been an honor to hold sacred space for clients to feel and heal.

It is my hope to help you learn to trust yourself with your heart and new emotions so that you can not move on but instead lean in and LOVE FORWARD
Safety, Love & Harmony,
Coach G xoxo
